Jewelry, gems and Flint’s new storyline
A gemstone in every region, jewelry at the Workshop, and a new storyline from Flint.
What changed
- Flint has a new storyline for the rare founders’ marks you find. Finishing it opens a new place to explore.
- A precious stone can now turn up in every region you explore. Flint has cleared a hall in the Museum for them.
- The Workshop has learned jewelry: bands, rings and necklaces, with a new glue, Resin, to hold a stone in place. Resin now seals the Compass Housing as well.
- Five new side stories from Rowan, Mabel, Nell, Flint and Iris, for the levels where there was little to do. Each pays items as well as Coins.
- Requests that open a place, a building or a feature now carry a Main Story tag on the Tavern board, and every hand-in screen shows what unlocked the request.
- The Essence Lantern has a new recipe, price and reward, and the Copper Lantern takes a bottle and twine. Check the Workshop before you gather.
- A fish is worth the same Fishing XP wherever you catch it, and item pages now say how much XP making, growing or catching a thing gives.
- Potions are drunk from the food and drink list where they work: exploring, fishing or the Farm. The brewing table only brews. The Forager’s Draught sits in that list too, one per tap, and has a new picture.
- A Fishing Net now brings up everything a water holds, trophy fish and rare finds included, not only the ordinary catch.
- Item pages sell and craft from the page itself if you have Iris’s Quick Sell or Quick Craft, and show the ledger lock beside the price.
- Come back after an hour or more away and the village tells you what it made while you were gone.
- This page, pinned by the Tavern door, keeps every update from now on.
